Community Agency for Senior Citizens, Inc (CASC) is an established local agency providing extensive and wide-ranging support, referral and information services to older adults living in Staten Island.
CASC provides Case Assistance as part of its mission to serve Staten Island seniors, 60 years of age or older. The goal of case assistance is to provide seniors with links to appropriate benefits and entitlements, as well as other resources that will assist them in maintaining their independence.
The Case Management program helps seniors who are aged 60 or older with physical or cognitive limitations who need assistance managing activities of daily living. A Case Manager will help you access the services and resources you need in order to age safely in place.
The Crime Victim Assistance Program works with senior victims of crime. A designated staff member in cooperation with the four Staten Island NYPD Precincts gathers very basic information on crime victims age 60 and older.
The Elder Justice program provides confidential assistance, counseling and additional services for abused senior citizens on Staten Island. Services available include counseling, advocacy, support groups, lock replacement and benefits/entitlements assistance.

CASC provides Transportation Services to residents of Staten Island that are 60 years of age or older. Services include the CASC shopping bus, transportation to Neighborhood Senior Centers and medical transportation for eligible seniors.
