Supporting eligible homebound adults aged 60+ with physical or cognitive limitations by connecting them to essential services such as homecare, home-delivered meals, friendly visiting services, and other resources, enabling them to safely age in place.

Adults aged 60+ who are victims of an eligible crime, who have or are in need of assistance with filing a police report, will be connected with victim assistance and supportive services. Compensation claim assistance is provided when applicable.

Supportive counseling, advocacy, support groups, lock replacement, benefits/ entitlements assistance and safety planning for older adults experiencing abuse or mistreatment. We are here to assist you and your family. All calls are confidential!

Car service to medical appointments and community shopping centers for eligible Staten Island residents aged 60+. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Our trained specialists provide options counseling, hands-on assistance, advocating for your needs, screening for eligibility, and guiding you through the complex world of resources, benefits and entitlements.

A free, volunteer-driven service for Case Management clients who can benefit from socialization and interaction, offering weekly phone calls or visits with a volunteer. 

CASC staff can provide presentations on a variety of topics for senior groups, caregiver groups, community & civic associations and professionals. We also participate in Health and Information Fairs located on Staten Island. Some topics included are Entitlements and Benefits and Crime Victims Assistance.
