CASC provides Transportation services to residents of Staten Island that are 60 years of age or older. CASC transportation service provides opportunities for eligible Staten Island residents to access to medical appointments, community shopping centers and banking. This process begins with a phone call to the Transportation Department, where a phone intake is completed and the Older Adult is added for services. Our goal is that the Older Adults of Staten Island remain active in the community.
